The following services are included on a weekly basis in the horticultural service fee.

Watering Plants
Cleaning Leaves
Removing dead or unsightly plant material
Pruning plants when necessary
Controlling pests and diseases
Fertilizing where necessary
Re-positioning plants in correct light conditions and in designated places
Cleaning the plant containers
Making sure the bark dressing covers the soil surface, and the removal of any accumulated rubbish such as cigarette butts and papers; and
Replacing of plants is free of charge when they become unsuitable for use in offices.
To complete the above-mentioned tasks, the customer undertakes to provide Morena Proplant cc with reasonable access to premises and an adequate supply of fresh cold water.
Horticultural service charges are payable monthly and within 30 days from date of invoice.
