The customer will be responsible for the full cost of plant or container replacement
in the event of damage caused by:
- Watering or other care rendered by the customer or any of the employees or invitees,
- Lack of building heat, light or air-conditioning to the extent that plant health
is damaged
- The theft or mysterious disappearance of plants or containers
- The moving of any plants or containers to different locations other than those recommended
or specified by the contractor, without prior written consent of the contractor,
and
- The introduction of any liquids into the plant soil, such as cleaning chemicals,
alcohol, surgery fluid, ammonia or other like chemicals or liquids.
- Any plants or containers supplied by the contractor to the customer, shall remain
the property of the contractor until payment therefore has been received by the contractor
in full.
- Additional Request
- We would appreciate any additional requests to be
- made officially in writing accompanied by an order.
- Option A – Purchase & Maintenance Contract
- Remain in force for a period of twelve months, renewable thereafter
- Option B – Rental & Maintenance Contract
- Remain in force for a period of twenty four
- months renewable thereafter.
When additional plants are requested, the monthly maintenance price will increase
accordingly.
